Founded in 1997 we an independent family-owned business based in Bristol, South West England. As producers of Sweetbird and Zuma we have been an integral part of the specialty coffee industry for over 20 years, and have worked to create and develop drinks that either complement coffee and allow customers to develop an extensive range of drinks, whilst adding value to their business.

All of our products are ambient and do not require refrigeration for either shipping or storage, offering a practical solution to be exported to anywhere in the world.

Currently the business operates in over 50 countries with the core markets being Europe and the Middle East, with the USA being a key focus market for the next phase of our export plan.

We are a direct importer and our products are registered with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are supplied to Joe Van Gogh on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms i.e. where we arrange the shipping – door to door – and cover customs duties and tariffs.

Our products are registered with the FDA and as the importer we ensure that are goods are compliant with FDA regulations and are labelled in accordance with US regulations.
