Our Technical and Production teams here at BTB HQ have been hard at work, developing new syrup flavours just in time for the Autumn season.
‘What on earth is Speculoos?!’ I hear you cry! Inspired by the traditional Dutch spiced biscuit, that is commonly served with coffee, this syrup has notes of spices and caramelised biscuit. Perfect in a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. More recipe ideas here.
Our Toffee Nut syrup combines the buttery sweetness of toffee with the flavour of rich roasted nut. This syrup has been developed by our experts in the Sweetbird Technical Team to not contain any nuts. To make a Toffee Nut latte, simply add 2 pumps of syrup to a double espresso and top up with steamed milk.
Both these syrups are approved by The Vegan Society, so can be combined with alternative milks to create delicious vegan treats.
