New for Spring/Summer 2019 is our Sweetbird Rhubarb Syrup, made with British sugar and real rhubarb juice. This syrup can be used in both hot and cold drinks – make a simple soda by just adding sparkling water, or add to hot chocolates for a more indulgent treat. It is Vegan society approved, and free from artificial colours and preservatives.
Sugar-free Salted Caramel
The latest addition to our sugar-free range is Sugar-free Salted Caramel – heavenly salted caramel with the perfect balance of sweet and salty, but without the sugar. Add to any number of hot and cold drinks, and use with cold foam in a luxurious Café Freddo.
Nitro drinks achieve an incredibly creamy texture with a velvety foam crown through the processing with nitrogen. The new Nitro whipper from iSi makes Nitro accessible to everyone. We have several recipes using the Nitro Whipper created by barista Jen Nicholls in our brochure.
