With the Midlands & Southern heats now done it’s only 2 more sleeps until we go veryvery north to Glasgow for the Northern heats of the 2015 UK Barista Championships! So far we’ve experienced masterclasses in alchemy with potions & spritz & atomisers & mixers, felt the stress and awed the creativity behind signature drinks. Congrats are due to Dale Harris & Dan Fellows for winning the Midlands & the Southern heats, respectively, we are buzzing in anticipation for what we’ll see in Glasgow this Saturday!
