All our thermometers and clips are of the highest standard. Our own BTB thermometer is made by the guys at Taylor's who do it best and it is marked up for easy visual reference. We prefer to use this with the Long Thermometer Clip but the Triangular Clips are really popular with our customers and are sure to keep your thermometer firmly clipped into place. The Long Thermometer Clips are great if you have a lot of milk to steam, but if you are using a smaller-sized pitcher we recommend using the standard centigrade thermometer, again, made by Taylor's.
